Meet Audrey and her dog Maui!
Angie sent us this photo of her daughter, and we couldn’t wait to share it with you. The family adopted not just Maui but also her puppy Marlene from Homes for Animal Heroes. Both dogs are unaffected carriers of the gene that causes Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Thank you, Maui, for raising puppies that are helping to find a treatment and cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. And thank you, Angie, for giving our sweet momma dog a fabulous home!
