Hinata flew to Arizona to share her life with Justin and his other research hero, Yuki, a black lab. We are thrilled for all three of them!
Hinata is an unaffected carrier of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy who helped researchers learn about and develop potential treatments for this devastating disease that affects dogs and children.
Her research family misses her very much, but they are super happy that she will share a life of love and fun with Justin and Yuki.
Justin reports that Hinata LOVES to go on walks and sniff everything. She is a huge fan of snuggling on the couch with Justin and seems to like to watch football games.
