Astro is an unaffected Golden Retriever/Labrador puppy from a group of dogs that are helping to find a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a genetic condition that affects dogs and young boys. Astro went home with Kyle, a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), to be trained as a service dog for others with DMD. Once a Hero, always a Hero! Thanks, Astro!
