Mac has started a new adventure with his new best bud, Mike. Mac is an unaffected male from a colony of dogs that is helping researchers understand and develop treatments for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a devastating disease that affects dogs and children. Mike’s daughter adopted Bleu (below, right), another dog from this colony, earlier this year, and Mike was so smitten with Bleu that he decided to get another pup for both of them to enjoy! Since Mike is retired, Mac’s schedule will also include plenty of long walks, cross-country RV adventures, hiking, and lots of cuddling😊. You two are made for each other. Enjoy!
