Pixie and her caregiver (a vet student😊) really connected during their time together in research, so they decided to make it a permanent gig! Pixie is an unaffected carrier from a colony of dogs with a genetic kidney disease carried by dogs and children. She and her new cat buddy, Sydney, are adjusting well to each other and Pixie is enjoying life with her BFF…taking long walks, playing with toys and snuggling through the evenings and weekends. Our bonds with our animals can be so strong…so glad you two are together. Congrats!
